IBM Work/Life programs have been established to help employees better manage their work and personal lives. These programs accomplish this by creating a flexible work environment which is sensitive to an individual's needs and responsibilities. At the same time, these programs stimulate the development and expansion of community programs that enhance the quality of life.
It is in IBM's best interest to help employees successfully navigate the often co-mingled streams of need that flow from life at work and life at home. Through these work/life programs, employees have greater access to the workplace and are more productive because their personal issues can be easily addressed.

At WFD Consulting we partner with our clients to create inspiring work environments where businesses succeed and employees thrive. Our research, consulting, and implementation services enable our clients to mobilize the full richness, diversity, and potential of their employees, resulting in a more resilient, productive, and engaged workforce.
